Poor Working Conditions at Xcor Under Michael Blum’s Leadership

Working at Xcor has been fun all along until Michael Blum took over as CEO of the company. The first business lesson that everyone learns is that a corporation is only as reliable as its team. Unfortunately, Blum doesn’t care about that business lesson.

From the look of things, nobody wants to stay in Xcor since he took over. Many investors have withdrawn the funds, and employees are seeking jobs from other firms.

One employee said that the issues they’re facing in Xcor include:

Exploitation

Michael Blum demands that his employees work for longer hours, including weekends, without extra compensation.

He has also reduced their allowances, which includes medical benefits. Some employees even mentioned that Blum asks them to run his personal errands during working hours.

Delayed Salaries

As if working uncompensated long hours isn’t enough, employees only receive their salaries weeks after the agreed payment dates. This inconveniences them as they’re unable to pay their bills and mortgage in good time, attracting higher interest rates.

Sexual Abuse

Although many employees are afraid of admitting to this, a majority complained that Michael Blum has been demanding sexual favors with the threat of losing their job if they don’t comply.

Final Thoughts

The moment employees become subjected to pain and tyranny, they rebel and lose interest in the progress of the company. This is precisely what’s happening at Xcor. Workers no longer care about the well-being of the firm. To them, it’s just a source of mystery and livelihood.
